Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer based in Noida, with a focus on managing systems such as Access, CCTV, FAS, IDA, and PAS. The engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining these systems. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, delivering field service, ensuring systems are operational, and conducting risk assessments to identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair for Access Control, CCTV, FAS, IDS, and PAS systems
• Proven experience in Field Service operations and responding promptly to on-site issues
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
• Experience providing Technical Support with a problem-solving mindset
• 4-5 years of relevant work experience in the domain
• Technical degree or diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards for system installation and maintenance is a plus
