Job Description
Experience: 7 years+
Technical Qualifications
§ Platform Experience: 5+ years of ServiceNow development, with a mastery of Performance Analytics (PA) and Reporting (Recent 3+ years)
§ CSM Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of the ServiceNow CSM module and its underlying data structures (Accounts, Contacts, Consumers, Entitlements).
§ Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Glide API), SQL-like query structures, UI Builder, and the Next Experience Framework.
§ Certification Requirements:
- ServiceNow Certified Micro-Certification: Performance Analytics.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM).
Ideal Candidate Profile (Based on JD)
Must have:
- Builds PA indicators + formulas
- Designs dashboards (not just reports)
- Understands KPI → business linkage
- Handles troubleshooting
