Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong ITOM expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, ITOM modules, Service Mapping, ITSM, integrations, and enterprise-level implementations.

The candidate must be a strong developer (not only an administrator) with the ability to design, develop, customize, and implement ServiceNow solutions while understanding technical architecture and business requirements.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM
• Hands-on experience with Service Mapping
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules
• Strong knowledge of:
• Business Rules
• Client Scripts
• UI Policies
• Script Includes
• Workflows / Flow Designer
• ACLs
• Custom Applications
• Experience with API Integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Ability to design and implement ServiceNow solutions independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Mobile Application
• Experience with Third-party Integrations
• Experience in enterprise ServiceNow implementations
• Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and best practices

Certifications (Preferred)

• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer)

Key Screening Parameters

Candidates must have:

Strong hands-on ServiceNow Development experience (not just Admin/Support)

Excellent knowledge of ITOM & Service Mapping

Experience working on real-time ServiceNow implementation projects

Ability to explain:

• Previous ServiceNow projects
• Technical architecture
• Design decisions
• Development approach
• Integration implementations

Candidates should have practical development experience and should be thoroughly evaluated before submission.
