ServiceNow Developer with Agentic AI

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow AI / Agentic AI Developer with hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Now Assist, Agentic AI, and ServiceNow AI/ML capabilities. The ideal candidate should have experience building intelligent automation solutions, AI agents, and integrating AI capabilities across the ServiceNow platform.

Location : India (Remote - Need to be in Hyderabad for 1 month initially))

Experience: 6+ years

Type : Contract, 12 months, extendable

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in AI / LLM / Generative AI technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and its AI/ML capabilities.
• Experience in Prompt Engineering, Now Assist Skills, and RAG-based implementations.
• Proven expertise in building AI Agents and Agentic Workflows.
• Experience with MCP Server Architecture and AI integrations.
• Hands-on experience in Claude Skills and Connector Development.
• Strong experience integrating AI capabilities with ServiceNow Workspaces, Portals, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, REST APIs, Authentication/Authorization, and System Design.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Exposure to the MCP ecosystem and AI Agent frameworks.
• Experience with Performance Analytics and ServiceNow AI products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform leveraging Generative AI and LLM technologies.
• Develop and deploy Now Assist skills, domain-specific prompts, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Build and implement AI Agents and agentic workflows, including orchestration, guardrails, and multi-step automation.
• Architect and develop MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to securely expose ServiceNow data, workflows, and APIs to external AI models.
• Build Claude skills and connectors to enable AI-driven ServiceNow actions such as record creation, case triage, and data retrieval.
• Integrate AI capabilities into ServiceNow Workspaces, Service Portals, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom applications.
