We are looking for experienced ServiceNow IRM Developers to join our growing ServiceNow practice.

*Note: This role is intended for hands-on ServiceNow IRM Developers. Profiles focused primarily on administration or support without development experience may not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions.
• Implement and enhance IRM modules including: Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management & Business Continuity Management (preferred)
• Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Build workflows and automations using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Configure Forms, Lists, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Service Catalog components.
• Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and Performance Analytics for IRM.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
• Follow Agile development methodologies and ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong implementation experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Hands-on expertise in: Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, & Vendor Risk Management
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
• Experience with: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer & IntegrationHub
• Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations.
• Good understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
