Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM (ITBM) Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, TeamSpaces, integrations, and ServiceNow customization. The role involves delivering scalable solutions, automating business processes, and supporting enterprise-wide portfolio management initiatives

.Key Responsibilitie

• sDesign, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow SPM (ITBM) platform
• .Configure and customize Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, TeamSpaces, and related modules
• .Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom applications
• .Perform software coding and customization, including screen tailoring and workflow administration
• .Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics solutions
• .Develop and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) scripts
• .Implement and support integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems
• .Manage data imports, transformation maps, and integration frameworks
• .Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
• .Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and production support activities
• .Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards
