Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Salesforce Order Management (SF OMS) to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize order processing workflows within Salesforce.
  • Maintain data integrity and manage data imports/exports related to order management functions.
  • Automate processes using Salesforce tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SF OMS-related issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and customizations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Order Management System (SF OMS)
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud
  • Strong data management and process automation skills within Salesforce
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Billing modules
