Shift Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations during shifts
• Manage floor staff, stewards, and service team
• Ensure excellent guest experience and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
• Support billing and POS operations when required
• Assist in opening and closing procedures
• Maintain daily shift reports and operational records
• Ensure SOPs and brand standards are followed

Requirements

• 1–4 years experience in restaurant, café, QSR, or hospitality operations
• Experience in team handling preferred
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Customer-focused attitude
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and billing systems
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary - 25K-27K + service charge + accommodation + 2 times meals
