Site Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Chennai. The Site Engineer will oversee daily facility and civil engineering activities, including supervising on-ground operations, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring that work is executed according to design specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring quality control, reviewing structural and civil works, identifying and resolving site issues, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance and project tasks. The role also involves regular reporting, documentation of site activities, and close collaboration with facility management teams to support smooth building operations.

• Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Candidates should possess quality control and site inspection skills to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and performance standards.
• Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge relevant to facility and building management.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred, along with experience in facility management or construction.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, use basic engineering tools, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, adherence to safety protocols, and willingness to work on-site in a dynamic environment.
