Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Supervisor based in New Delhi/Gurgaon. The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and standards. The responsibilities include supervising site operations, conducting inspections, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, coordinating with team members and contractors, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience, with the ability to manage teams and workflows effectively.
• Experience in conducting Inspections and ensuring adherence to project standards and timelines.
• In-depth knowledge of Construction Safety protocols and practices to maintain a secure working environment.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Problem-solving and leadership abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in construction planning and scheduling tools is a plus.
• Relevant construction management certifications or a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
