Position: SiteCore Engineer

Duration: 12 Month contract with extensions up to 3 years

Pay: $115-140k based on relevant experience

Must Haves:

• 5+ years supporting Sitecore-based web platforms
• Experience with Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore AI, or headless Sitecore implementations
• Experience supporting content management workflows, publishing processes, personalization, and digital experience platforms
• Experience supporting Sitecore environments, including configuration, deployment validation, and production readiness activities
• Ability to troubleshoot issues across Sitecore, integrations, front-end applications, hosting, and content delivery layers
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, release coordination, and WebOps practices
• Experience supporting API integrations using REST and/or GraphQL
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks

Plusses:

• Experience with Next.js, React, and modern headless web architectures
• Experience supporting applications deployed through Vercel
• Experience with Sitecore personalization, analytics, content testing, search, tagging, and taxonomy
• Experience with cloud hosting environments, serverless architectures, or edge deployment concepts
• Familiarity with accessibility, SEO, web governance, and performance monitoring
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and secure web application practices
• Experience supporting content migrations, website redesigns, or major portal launches

Day to Day:

A large financial client in Cincinnati is looking for a 12 month contract resource to support the organization's next-generation digital experience initiatives, including the Servicing Portal and website redesign. This role will focus on modern Sitecore architecture, Sitecore AI capabilities, headless content delivery, cloud-native web platforms, and operational support of customer-facing digital experiences.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting enterprise websites built on Sitecore XM Cloud or headless Sitecore architectures and is comfortable working across CMS, front-end, cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and production support activities. This individual will partner closely with Marketing, Architecture, Development, QA, Product, and Vendor teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

• Support Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore AI, and headless Sitecore environments
• Monitor and maintain website availability, performance, and operational health
• Assist with deployments, release validation, environment configuration, and production readiness activities
• Troubleshoot issues across Sitecore, Next.js applications, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and integrations
• Collaborate with developers, QA, product owners, and architects to support ongoing digital initiatives
• Support CI/CD pipelines and release coordination through Azure DevOps
• Assist with content publishing, personalization, analytics, and digital experience platform capabilities
• Investigate production issues and coordinate resolution efforts across teams
• Document operational procedures, support processes, and technical solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and production support activities
