Job Purpose: Lead Projects - Civil will manage all civil aspects of data centre projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, safety, and environmental standards. This role requires extensive experience in civil construction with a focus on optimizing project delivery through planning, scheduling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Project Management:

Lead and manage civil construction activities, ensuring project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.

Budget Management

Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, regulations, and environmental considerations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align project goals and activities.

Expertise And Optimization

Apply civil engineering expertise to enhance project delivery and implement innovative construction solutions.

Reporting

Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Mentorship

Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Innovation

Promote and integrate best practices and innovative approaches in civil project management.

Brand Positioning

Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.

Team Development

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Work Experience

12-15 years years of experience in data centre or large-scale construction projects.
