Based in calicuti, the academy provides structured coaching programs for players of varying age groups and skill levels. It emphasizes technical skills, tactical understanding, physical conditioning, and sportsmanship. The academy aims to create a positive, disciplined environment where players can grow both on and off the field. Coaches work closely with athletes to help them reach their potential and prepare for competitive opportunities.
Role Description The Soccer Coach will oversee daily training sessions, including planning drills, developing practice plans, and coaching players on technical and tactical aspects of the game. Responsibilities include evaluating player performance, providing constructive feedback, and implementing age-appropriate training programs that align with the academy’s philosophy. The coach will ensure player safety, supervise matches and scrimmages, and support player development through regular assessments and goal setting. Additional duties involve communicating with parents and staff, maintaining training equipment and field readiness, and participating in academy events and competitions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ponnani.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Soccer Coaching and Football skills, with experience leading training sessions and matches.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with players, parents, and colleagues.
• Candidates should possess Coaching and Education skills, including the ability to teach fundamentals, tactics, and sportsmanship.
• Relevant coaching certifications or licenses from recognized football associations are highly beneficial.
• Prior experience coaching youth or academy-level players is preferred.
• Ability to design structured training plans, manage groups, and maintain a safe, inclusive environment on the field.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
