Company Description BhejDe™ is an end-to-end operations platform that connects procurement, inventory, production, logistics, finance, and analytics in a single system. The platform helps businesses control purchase requests, manage vendors, generate purchase orders, and reconcile goods received against invoices. Teams use BhejDe™ to track inventory across multiple warehouses, plan production using BOM-driven workflows, and monitor quality and operational efficiency. The solution also supports GPS-enabled trip planning, proof of delivery capture, and automated, tax-compliant invoicing. AI-powered analytics provide real-time insights into delays, delivery performance, spending, demand forecasts, and reorder signals, enabling data-driven decisions across operations.


Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Social Media Content Creator at BhejDe™. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, create, and publish engaging content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube, aligned with the brand’s tone and growth goals. Daily responsibilities include drafting posts, writing captions, creating basic graphics or collaborating with designers, and repurposing product updates, customer stories, and blogs into social-first content. The role involves managing social media calendars, scheduling posts, monitoring comments and messages, and supporting timely responses in coordination with internal teams. The Social Media Content Creator will also track performance metrics, run experiments on formats and messaging, and share insights to refine BhejDe™’s overall social media strategy.


Qualifications

  • Strong social media content skills, including short-form copywriting, caption writing, and basic storytelling tailored to different platforms.
  • Experience in planning and managing social media calendars, including campaign planning and consistent posting rhythms.
  • Ability to collaborate with design and product teams to translate technical features into clear, engaging content for operations, logistics, or SaaS audiences.
  • Comfort using social media scheduling and analytics tools, with the ability to interpret performance data and propose experiments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to clarity, grammar, and brand consistency.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing; experience with B2B or tech/SaaS brands is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Basic familiarity with operations, supply chain, or logistics concepts is a plus, as is experience with video-first content (Reels/Shorts).
