Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and customer engagement for Dhulai Premium Laundry & Dry Cleaning Service. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, writing post copy, capturing photos and short videos of services and customer experiences, and designing simple visual assets. The Social Media Content Creator will monitor comments and messages, respond to basic inquiries, and escalate service-related issues to the appropriate team members. The role also involves tracking content performance, suggesting improvements, collaborating with operations and customer service teams for campaign ideas, and ensuring all content aligns with brand tone and service offerings.
Qualifications

• Ability to plan and execute social media content calendars, including post scheduling and basic campaign coordination.
• Strong skills in writing clear, engaging, and brand-consistent captions and short-form content.
• Basic photography and video creation skills, including shooting and simple editing for social platforms.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts/Reels) and their best practices.
• Comfort with using design tools (for example, Canva or similar tools) to create simple graphics and promotional posts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with on-site teams and interact professionally with customers when needed.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is an advantage, especially in retail or service-based businesses.
• Basic understanding of brand positioning, customer experience, and local market preferences in Gurugram.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a degree in marketing, communication, media, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
