Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in New Delhi. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, produce, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to showcase PID Projects’ work, culture, and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating posts, reels, and stories; writing captions; scheduling content; and monitoring engagement and analytics to optimize performance. The role involves collaborating closely with design, project, and marketing teams to gather project information, capture visual assets, and maintain a consistent brand voice. The individual will also track trends, propose new content ideas, support campaign launches, and respond to comments or messages in a timely, professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Strong content creation skills, including social media copywriting, basic graphic design, and short-form video creation/editing.
  • Experience managing business profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including scheduling and basic analytics review.
  • Ability to plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing objectives, campaigns, and key project milestones.
  • Comfort with on-site content capture, including photographing and filming project sites, office activities, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Solid understanding of social media best practices, current trends, and platform-specific formats relevant to design, architecture, or interiors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience in architecture, interior design, construction, or related sectors is an advantage.
  • Portfolio or samples of social media content demonstrating creativity, visual sense, and storytelling ability.
