Role Description The role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive audience engagement. The Social Media Content Creator will develop content calendars, produce short-form videos and graphics, write captions and posts, and adapt messaging for different channels. This position includes monitoring social media trends and analytics, responding to comments and messages, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to support campaigns and product launches. The role also requires maintaining a consistent brand voice, experimenting with new content formats, and regularly reporting on performance metrics.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in social media content creation, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and short-form video production.
  • Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels) and using scheduling or analytics tools.
  • Ability to research audience interests, understand digital trends, and translate product features into clear, user-friendly content.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including brand storytelling, community engagement, and campaign support.
  • Attention to detail with strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure accurate, inclusive, and consistent messaging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on-site, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, tech, or customer experience-focused products is an advantage.
