Social Media Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media & Content expert to manage and grow the digital presence of a portfolio of Live events & experiential event properties. The role requires a strong understanding of social media, content creation, community building and brand storytelling, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage with audiences in real time.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop content ideas across Instagram, Linkedin and other relevant social media platforms.
• Write engaging captions and copy aligned with the brand voice and tone.
• Create and maintain social media content calendars.
• Coordinate with the design team to brief, review and deliver creative assets.
• Schedule and publish content across platforms.
• Monitor social channels and respond to comments, messages and community queries in a timely manner.
• Support campaign launches, events and ongoing brand initiatives through social content.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity and brand guidelines across all platforms.
• Stay up to date with platform trends, emerging formats and audience behaviour to inform content planning.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation and digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting skills and an understanding of platform-specific content formats.
• Experience in working with Live events, Brands IPs and alco - bev brands is a plus.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
