Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role is responsible for managing EcoFone’s presence across social media platforms, including planning and executing campaigns aligned with brand and sustainability goals. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling posts, writing engaging copy, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and monitoring performance metrics. The Social Media Manager interacts with online communities, responds to comments and messages, and collaborates with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging. The role also involves tracking trends in social media and green technology, proposing new ideas to increase brand visibility, and preparing regular reports on campaign outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to grow and engage audiences across platforms.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages.
  • Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, organize, and optimize social media campaigns and long-term content calendars.
  • Candidates should possess familiarity with analytics tools, basic graphic or video editing skills, and an understanding of current social media trends.
  • Candidates should possess strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, and prior experience in social media management or digital marketing, especially in technology or sustainability sectors, would be beneficial.
