Location - Delhi NCR / Bengaluru (Hybrid)

About the Role

Edunet Foundation is looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a proven track record of building engaged online communities and driving measurable growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization’s social media strategy aligned with outreach and brand goals.
  • Own end-to-end content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube/Shorts.
  • Create and oversee engaging content including copy, reels, carousels, short-form videos, and campaign creatives.
  • Manage community engagement through comments, messages, and audience interactions.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
  • Plan and manage paid social media campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Collaborate with influencers, creators, agencies, and internal teams to amplify brand visibility.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.


What We’re Looking For Experience & Domain Expertise

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
  • Experience in education, skilling, CSR, or non-profit organizations is preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable growth in followers, engagement, and digital campaigns.
  • Experience with influencer partnerships and digital outreach initiatives.


Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and native platform insights.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and content marketing fundamentals.
  • Basic proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut is an advantage.
  • Experience managing budgets and external vendors/agencies.

Educational Qualification
