Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media and Account Manager based in Indore. As a Social Media and Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing comprehensive social media strategies, and overseeing the execution of creative campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include acting as the primary bridge between clients and our internal design/editing teams, curating content calendars, tracking social media performance metrics, and ensuring flawless project delivery. You will also be expected to innovate engagement strategies and maintain high client satisfaction to drive long-term brand growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Management (SMM), calendaring, campaign planning, and platform algorithms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Strong client servicing and account management skills to maintain healthy partner relationships
• Ability to draft creative concepts, write engaging copy, and evaluate visual aesthetics for social media content
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple client accounts and strict deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional creative team to achieve operational goals
• Proficiency in digital project management tools and social media analytics tools is a plus
• Previous experience in a digital marketing agency or a portfolio showcasing successful social media brand management

Role Type:

Full-time, On-site (Non-remote position).

Location: Indore

Work Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM.

Work Days: 6 day work week.
