CTC: ₹8–10 LPA (Based on current/last drawn CTC)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Social Media Manager with prior experience in a marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing multiple client accounts, developing social media strategies, and driving successful digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Manage 10–12 brand accounts simultaneously across multiple social media platforms.
• Create and maintain monthly content calendars based on campaign timelines and business goals
• .Coordinate with creative, copywriting, and performance marketing teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Oversee content publishing, campaign management, and community engagement.
• Monitor social media performance, analyze campaign metrics, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
• Mentor or manage team members, if applicable.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager.
• Mandatory: Experience working in a marketing/digital agency (Brand-side experience alone will not be considered).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder and client management abilities.
• Hands-on experience with social media strategy, content planning, campaign execution, and community management.
• Experience creating and managing monthly content calendars.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in social media reporting and insights.
• Team handling experience will be an added advantage.
