Job Title: Social Media Manager (Instagram Focus)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager with hands-on experience in managing Instagram accounts. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, audience engagement, and growing brand presence through effective social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's Instagram presence.
• Create content calendars and plan engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content creators for content development.
• Write compelling captions and social media copy.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
• Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community management.
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Execute influencer collaborations and brand partnerships when required.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably focused on Instagram.
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, reels, and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and content storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience in video content planning and reel creation.
• Basic photo/video editing skills.
• Knowledge of paid social media campaigns will be an added advantage.
