Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives.

✅ Manage multiple client accounts across various social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand communication and growth.

✅ Plan and oversee content calendars, campaign strategies, captions, and creative concepts.

✅ Lead content creation initiatives, including reels, trending content, and platform-specific campaigns.

✅ Coordinate with clients to understand business goals, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure timely project delivery.

✅ Collaborate closely with the design and performance marketing teams to create high-quality creatives and campaigns.

✅ Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, viral content formats, and industry best practices.

✅ Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, prepare monthly reports, and recommend optimization strategies.

✅ Mentor and guide junior social media team members while ensuring smooth workflow and quality standards.

✅ Travel for client meetings, content shoots, and business requirements whenever necessary.

Requirements

✔ 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.

✔ Prior experience managing social media for hospitality brands (hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, or similar businesses) is mandatory.

✔ Strong understanding of content strategy, brand communication, and platform-specific best practices.

✔ Excellent content writing, storytelling, and content planning skills.

✔ Proven experience in client servicing, account management, and stakeholder communication.

✔ Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.

✔ Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Meta AI, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, or similar tools for content creation, ideation, research, and productivity.

✔ Creative mindset with excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
