Role Description The Social Media Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms to promote Spectacom’s events, wellness solutions, and digital products. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and monitoring performance metrics. The Social Media Manager will respond to comments and messages, collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams, and support campaign launches and promotions. The role also requires staying current with social media trends, testing new formats and features, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages.
• Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to plan, organize, and optimize social media content across platforms.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of paid social campaigns is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Prior experience in fitness, wellness, sports, or event-based brands is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
