We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist with experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and handling podcast reels/videos. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content strategy, video editing, audience engagement, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and grow social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
• Convert podcast episodes into short-form engaging reels/videos for social media.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to create relevant content.
• Run paid social media campaigns when required.
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Hands-on experience in creating podcast clips, reels, and promotional videos.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Creative mindset with strong copywriting skills.
• Basic understanding of paid ads and analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in personal branding, podcasts, or influencer marketing.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools.
