Social Media Officer

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in content creation, social media management, campaign execution, and audience engagement, preferably within the education or service industry.

You will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing content that enhances brand awareness, generates leads, and supports student enrollment goals.

• Manage and maintain social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Create engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creative campaigns.
• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
• Assist in running paid social media campaigns and boosting posts.
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Support event promotions, student success stories, and brand-building initiatives.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising is preferred.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for trends and engagement.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in the education sector is an added advantage.
