As a Social Media Specialist within our global team, you will lead the charge in crafting and executing innovative social media initiatives that maximize visibility and spark authentic community engagement. With your creative ideas and data-informed approach, you will elevate our campaigns and shape how we connect with audiences worldwide. Collaborating closely with Marketing Business Partners, you will define impactful social strategies that guide potential customers purposefully along their journey- driving real business impact.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Channel Strategy & Management: Drive the evolution of our social media presence by shaping bold, data-informed channel strategies that amplify reach and relevance.
  2. Social Media Consultancy: Collaborate closely with Marketing Business Partners to understand business needs and goals.
  3. Act as a strategic advisor by developing innovative, insight-driven social media concepts and campaign ideas that drive engagement, visibility, and impact.
  4. Campaign Execution: Bring global campaigns to life on social - transforming big-picture ideas into engaging, platform-specific activations that inspire and convert. Craft compelling copy and visuals for B2B topics and products.
  5. Corporate Influencer Marketing: Turning TÜV SÜD experts into trusted faces of our brand – through smart onboarding, tailored training, and ongoing support that empowers them to inspire, inform, and connect.
  6. LinkedIn Community Management: Build meaningful connections through strategic dialogue, relevant content, and real-time engagement to grow and activate our LinkedIn community.
  7. Performance Reporting & Analysis: Track KPIs, analyze what works, and continuously refine the strategy to deliver measurable business impact across all social media activities.
  8. Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging trends and proactively recommending how to integrate them into the social media mix to maintain relevance and competitive edge.


Required skills:

  1. University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in social media, preferably in a B2B environment
  3. Proven track record in developing strategic social media campaigns and creating high-quality, engaging content
  4. Creative mindset with a hands-on attitude and a passion for storytelling
  5. Strong affinity for technology, digital trends, and emerging platforms
  6. Experience in customer-centric and market-relevant communication strategies
  7. Strong project management & communication skills
  8. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
