Social Media Video Editor

QuentoAI is a performance marketing agency working with clinics, real estate, and interior design brands across India. We're a small, fast-growing team, and we're looking for a Video Editor who lives and breathes short-form content.

The bulk of your work will be reels and ad edits, with the occasional YouTube video. We're not looking for heavy motion-graphics or VFX work — Premiere Pro will handle 95% of it. What we care about is taste: design sense, timing, storytelling, and understanding why an edit works, not just how to cut clips together.

If you're the kind of editor who watches a reel and instantly knows what would make it hit harder — and you want to keep getting better — you'll fit right in.

Compensation: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month based on skill, plus reviews and growth as you prove yourself.

What you'll do:

• Edit short-form reels and ad creatives (this is most of the job)
• Occasionally edit longer YouTube videos
• Bring strong design sense, pacing, and retention-focused editing to every cut
• Add light graphics/text where needed (nothing heavy — Premiere-level)
• Learn our brands and niches so your edits actually fit the context
• Grow your craft over time — sound design, retention editing, and more

What we're looking for:

• Strong design sense and creative eye — this matters more to us than years of experience
• Comfortable in Premiere Pro (basic After Effects is a plus, not a must)
• An understanding of storytelling, pacing, and what keeps people watching
• Common sense and context: you get what a video is for
• Hunger to learn and improve fast — we'll back you as you grow
• A showreel or portfolio that shows the above (this is what we'll judge you on)

Nice to have:

• Experience editing reels or ads for brands
• Interest in growing into an Editing Lead role as we scale
