Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sadar for a Soft Skill and Verbal Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions, designing and delivering soft skills and verbal communication programs, and mentoring students to improve their personal and professional skills. Key responsibilities include creating training content, assessing participants' progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting overall student development. The trainer will also coordinate with other departments to ensure training effectiveness and alignment with institutional goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Communication and Soft Skills to enhance participants’ interpersonal and language proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Training & Development and Presentation Skills to design and deliver impactful sessions effectively.
  • Knowledge and experience in teaching Life Skills to support personal and professional growth of participants.
  • Prior experience in conducting training sessions, preferably in an academic or institutional setting.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate learners with a positive and engaging training style.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to efficiently plan and conduct sessions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Communication, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
