Role Description

We are seeking a Freelance Soft Skills Trainer to join our team . This is a contract-based, on-site role where you will deliver engaging and interactive training sessions focused on core communication and professional development topics. You will design and deliver soft skills training programs, assist in customizing content to meet client needs, and assess participant progress. Collaboration with the Yzerly team and maintaining a professional and engaging training environment are key responsibilities for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills to deliver impactful soft skills training sessions
• Experience in designing and customizing learning content for diverse industries and audiences
• Proficiency in communication techniques such as business email writing, presentation skills, and conflict resolution
• Ability to engage diverse groups in training sessions using interactive methods and activities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including adaptability, empathy, and active listening
• A degree or certification in communication, education, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant experience as a trainer or in delivering professional development programs
• Familiarity with corporate training environments and adult learning principles is an added advantage
