Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Ranchi. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software applications, primarily focusing on scalable and robust back-end services. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, implementing object-oriented designs, reviewing peer code, and contributing to software architecture decisions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot and resolve defects, and optimize performance. The Software Engineer will also participate in testing, documentation, deployment activities, and continuous improvement of development practices.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-quality applications.
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Solid understanding and practical use of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver solutions within timelines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, or containerization (e.g., AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Previous exposure to agile methodologies and test-driven development is beneficial.
