About The Role

We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering problems and building scalable backend systems. You will work on high-scale distributed applications, contribute across the product lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features. What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build high-performance applications capable of processing large volumes of data.
• Design and optimize APIs, data models, and backend architecture.
• Work with Elasticsearch and MongoDB to build efficient search and data storage solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Take ownership of features from design through deployment and support.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of professional experience in backend software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience working with Elasticsearch and MongoDB.
• Experience building applications that handle high-scale or high-volume data.
• Strong algorithmic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
• Passion for learning new technologies and adapting quickly.
• Experience managing features throughout the complete product lifecycle.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
