Your Impact

• Engineer high-quality, functional code and comprehensive unit tests to ensure robust software performance and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead small-to-medium technical features from initial design to final delivery to execute our strategic engineering roadmap effectively.
• Resolve complex production issues through proactive troubleshooting and root cause analysis to maintain seamless service for our users.
• Mentor colleagues and interns while fostering strong relationships across teams to elevate our collective technical knowledge and agile expertise.
• Apply secure coding practices and threat modeling to guarantee product scalability and protect user privacy in an evolving cybersecurity landscape.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or PhD with 0+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in software development and Layer 2 application support.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django development.
• Demonstrated experience working with the ServiceNow codebase.
• Direct exposure to security applications and the cybersecurity domain.

• Advanced knowledge of modern software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
• Experience in coaching and leading technical teams through complex project roadmaps.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features and adoption metrics.
• Expertise in technical documentation and knowledge sharing through internal platforms.
