Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for a Software Engineering Manager is located in Ahmedabad. The Software Engineering Manager will oversee software development projects, lead engineering teams, and ensure adherence to best practices in software design and architecture. They will manage project timelines, foster team productivity, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The role also includes collaborating with stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and mentoring team members to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Software Development and Software Design practices
• Strong Team Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage engineering teams effectively
• Comprehensive understanding of Project Management and ability to oversee timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Experience working with Distributed Systems and handling complex, scalable architectures
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent decision-making and strategic thinking abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in emerging technologies and a passion for leveraging AI-ML in development is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
