We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Solution Architect to lead the pre-sales function and manage the entire sales support team. The candidate will be responsible for designing technical solutions, leading client engagements, supporting the sales lifecycle, and supporting the sales lifecycle by delivering customized IT infrastructure solutions.

·      Lead and manage the pre-sales team, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals.

·      Work closely with the sales team to develop winning strategies and technical solutions.

·      Understand client requirements and design end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions (Servers, Storage, Data Center).

·      Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and solution documents.

·      Handle RFPs, RFQs, and tenders (including GEM portal) with complete technical compliance.

·      Collaborate with OEM partners to propose the best-fit solutions and pricing.

·      Conduct product demonstrations, POCs (Proof of Concept), and client meetings.

·      Ensure timely submission of BOQs, technical documents, and solution architecture.

·      Support large enterprise and government projects with solution design and execution strategy.

·      Stay updated with latest technology trends, OEM products, and industry standards.

·      Provide guidance and mentoring to sales team members.

·      Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, delivery) for smooth project execution.

·      Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure Solutions (Servers, Storage, Virtualization)

·      Experience working with OEMs (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, etc.)

·      Excellent team handling and leadership skills

·      Strong presentation and communication skills

·      Expertise in solution designing and technical documentation

·      Experience in handling enterprise & government client

·      Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• Relevant technical certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
