This is a full-time on-site role based in Jalandhar for a Sous Chef specializing in bakery and pastry. The Sous Chef will assist in the preparation and creation of bakery and pastry products while ensuring quality and consistency. Key responsibilities include preparing, baking, and decorating baked goods, supervising food preparation processes, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and collaborating with the head chef to innovate new recipes and menu items.

• Strong skills in Bakery, Baking, and Pastry preparation
• Proficiency in Food Preparation methods and general Cooking
• Demonstrated expertise in Culinary Skills, particularly in pastry arts
• Ability to work collaboratively in a kitchen team and follow hygiene and safety standards
• Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for high-quality food presentation
• Previous experience in a bakery or pastry-focused role is an asset
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training in bakery and pastry arts preferred
