The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless guest experience by handling appointments, guest inquiries, billing, coordination with therapists, and maintaining high hospitality standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist spa guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage spa appointments, bookings, cancellations, and walk-ins efficiently.
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs and billing procedures accurately.
- Coordinate with spa therapists and operations team for smooth scheduling.
- Maintain guest records, preferences, and confidentiality standards.
- Explain spa services, wellness packages, memberships, and promotions to guests.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting area.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns politely and escalate when necessary.
- Monitor inventory of reception supplies and coordinate replenishment.
- Maintain operational continuity during day, evening, night, weekends, and holiday shifts.
- Support overall guest satisfaction and uphold luxury hospitality standards.
- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in spa, wellness, hotel, or hospitality front office operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a pleasing personality.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and night shifts as part of a 24×7 operation.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking/POS systems.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional etiquette required.
Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management preferred
