Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent Development

As an Assistant Manager, Talent Development on the Audit and Assurance Talent Development team, you will be responsible for:
In our US India offices, the Audit and Assurance Talent Development team supports capability development and career progression for professionals. The team works closely with stakeholders, other HR channels, internal design/delivery and vendor teams to provide holistic well-rounded solutions to client issues and develop professionals for success in their roles.
Location: Gurugram
Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM

Work you'll do
As an Assistant Manager, Talent Development on the Audit and Assurance Talent Development team, you will be responsible for:
- Support onboarding, continuous development, and career milestone programs by coordinating end-to-end planning, delivery, and execution.
- Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, human resources teams, and subject matter professionals to identify learning needs and deploy capability-building programs.
- Contribute to learning roadmaps, annual planning, and program strategies aligned to business priorities.
- Manage program operations including schedules, participant communications, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor coordination.
- Use feedback, metrics, and learning analytics to assess program effectiveness, improve learner experience, and support decision-making.

Qualifications
Required:
- MBA, PGDBA, PGDBM, PGCHRM, or equivalent degree
- 7-8 years of experience in Learning and Development or Talent Development in matrixed organizations serving international markets
- Experience managing end-to-end training processes, including training needs identification and program delivery
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and forecasts for learning programs
- Experience managing projects across cross-border stakeholder groups
- Experience using learning metrics, reporting, and analytics to assess program effectiveness
- Experience supporting onboarding and career milestone learning programs
- Experience with end-to-end program management
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with learning technologies and technology-enabled learning solutions
- Experience supporting instructional design or content development
- Experience managing multiple workstreams in a decentralized or matrixed organization
