Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sports & Cultural Manager to lead and coordinate sports and cultural activities across all campuses. The role involves planning events, managing participation, coordinating teams and supporting student development in extracurricular activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage sports and cultural activity calendars across campuses
• Organize inter-school events, competitions, and programmes
• Coordinate sports facilities, schedules and activity execution
• Identify and encourage student participation and talent development
• Collaborate with coaches, partners and activity coordinators
• Maintain activity reports, participation records and performance tracking
• Support the planning and execution of sports days and cultural events
• Coordinate with campus teams for smooth event management

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience managing school sports or cultural activities preferred
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to work with teams across multiple campuses
