Sr. Agentic AI Developer

Requirements:

• Design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI solutions using Python and LLMs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and deliver AI systems aligned with organizational goals.
• Integrate AI applications with APIs, databases, backend services, and cloud platforms.
• Implement agentic AI workflows, including prompt engineering, tool/function calling, RAG, vector search, and multi-agent systems.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance, safety, compliance, and cost efficiency in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (BTech/BE/MTech/ME/MCA or equivalent) with 4–6 years of hands-on Python experience.
• Proficiency with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Agno, or similar tools.
• Strong architectural thinking and excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
