Job Description

We are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition professional who is passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our workforce by hiring top talent across business and corporate functions while partnering with leaders to solve hiring challenges and build future-ready teams. This is an opportunity to go beyond transactional recruiting and become a trusted talent partner who influences hiring strategy, candidate experience and business success.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs across corporate and business functions including Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, TA, Support and Leadership hiring.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including requirement understanding, talent mapping, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding support.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through multiple channels including LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, social media, job portals and market research.
  • Create compelling and high-quality job advertisements and outreach strategies to attract top talent across lateral and mid-senior level roles.
  • Conduct structured screening conversations to assess candidate fit across skills, communication, motivation, culture and long-term alignment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring strong candidate experience and effective stakeholder management.
  • Drive offer discussions, salary negotiations and candidate closures while ensuring a positive and consultative engagement experience.
  • Maintain proactive communication with candidates and stakeholders to ensure process transparency, timeliness and seamless coordination.
  • Track hiring metrics, pipeline progress and recruitment effectiveness while ensuring adherence to hiring SLAs and quality benchmarks.
  • Contribute towards employer branding initiatives and help strengthen the organization’s positioning as an employer of choice.

What You’ll Need

  • 2–5 years of experience in corporate / in-house talent acquisition or enterprise recruitment environments.
  • Proven experience hiring for non-technical business functions such as Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, Support Functions or Leadership roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and priorities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn, referrals, networking and direct talent mapping approaches.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and ownership.
  • Strong negotiation and candidate management skills with a consultative approach.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/HR specialization preferred.

Preferred / Good To Have

  • Experience working in GCCs, consulting firms, enterprise organizations or large corporate environments.
  • Exposure to lateral and leadership hiring.
  • Understanding of employer branding and candidate experience practices.
  • Prior experience in stakeholder-heavy or high-growth hiring environments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
