Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop server-side logic, APIs, and integration services for large-scale enterprise systems.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through code quality and database tuning.
Implement microservices architecture using modern frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Java Spring Boot).
Integrate authentication, authorization, and data security mechanisms into application backbones.
Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end, cloud-ready solutions.
Guide code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior engineers.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resolution improvements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Code quality and test coverage metrics
Application uptime and performance efficiency
Defect density and resolution time
API response time and throughput improvement
Delivery timeliness and stakeholder satisfaction
