Role Description The Sr Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Sr Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the full sales cycle for elevator and vertical transportation solutions. Responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their technical and commercial requirements, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, coordinating with engineering and operations teams for project handover, and tracking sales performance against targets. The Sr Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing, and provide feedback to management to support strategic planning and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in B2B sales, account management, and business development within construction, infrastructure, or related technical industries.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical specifications, elevator systems, and vertical transportation solutions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms to manage pipelines, reporting, and client communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation abilities, and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in elevator, real estate, construction, or building services sales is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client visits, site meetings, and business development activities.
