We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Application Support Engineer to support and maintain critical business applications and platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with .NET, React, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow, combined with strong troubleshooting and incident management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide application and platform support, ensuring high system availability and performance.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and change requests through ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform-related issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Support application deployments, releases, and environment management activities.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and availability across cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents.
  • Automate support and operational activities to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, security standards, and best practices.
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting enterprise applications developed using .NET and React.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform services.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
  • Experience using ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Understanding of application monitoring, logging, and performance tuning.
  • Experience troubleshooting APIs, integrations, databases, and web applications.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, automation, and deployment processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced support environment while meeting SLA commitments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting cloud-native and enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
  • Azure, ServiceNow, or DevOps-related certifications are a plus.
