As a SRE Automation & Observability - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust IT systems that support business operations, confirming seamless cloud infrastructure management and optimization. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics practice, you will focus on managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and availability for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities

• Leading cloud infrastructure optimization and management to enhance operational efficiency
• Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems to minimize downtime and optimize performance
• Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure to validate seamless operations and availability for clients
• Designing and executing cloud migration strategies to support business operations
• Utilizing technical consultation skills to address and resolve complex cloud computing issues
• Developing scalable cloud infrastructure architecture designs to support business growth
• Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality client service
• Collaborating with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of project quality and timelines
• Promoting the use of innovative technologies and cloud service delivery models across teams
• Upholding professional and technical standards in cloud operations and infrastructure management
  
  

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 years of experience in SRE Automation & Observability
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
