SRE & Compliance Engineer

Location: Pune (Baner) – Full-Time

We are pursuing SOC 2 Type 2 certification and need a hands-on IT & Security practitioner to own and execute our security controls. Note: This is an operational role, not a policy-writing role.

⚡ What You’ll Do:

• Identity & Access: Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune MDM, and enforce MFA/Conditional Access.
• Azure Infrastructure: Maintain and monitor Azure resources (VMs, VNETs, NSGs) and tune Azure Defender/Monitor alerts.
• Vulnerability & Patches: Run monthly patch cycles for Windows servers/endpoints and manage remediation logs.
• Audit Readiness: Collect and organize the exact logs, snapshots, and evidence our auditors need.

🛠️ What We’re Looking For:

• 4–8 years in Windows Server & Azure administration.
• Strong skills in Entra ID, Intune, Azure Backup, and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks.
• Bonus: AZ-104 / AZ-500 certifications or previous audit support experience.
