Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Staff Accountant for our Gurugram office in an on-site capacity. This role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing tax filings, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Staff Accountant will also support regulatory compliance, assist in audits, and ensure timely reporting. Additionally, the role includes preparing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and contributing to the improvement of accounting processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, financial statements preparation, and general ledger maintenance
• Expertise in tax compliance, statutory filings, and regulatory requirements (Income Tax, GST, MCA)
• Proficient in using accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and financial management tools
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and effective time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking for financial planning
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CPA or CA certification preferred
• Experience working with cross-border or international financial regulations is a plus
