A reputed hospital in Kuwait is seeking qualified and compassionate Staff Nurses to provide high-quality patient care in accordance with international healthcare standards. The ideal candidate should possess excellent clinical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural healthcare environment while ensuring patient safety and quality nursing care.

2. Cath Lab
3. NICU / PICU
4. Operating Room (OR)
5. General Emergency Room (ER)
6. Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
7. Labour Room
8. Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN)
9. Nursery / NICU

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and accurately record observations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist doctors during examinations, medical procedures, and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control protocols, and patient safety standards.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and healthcare practices.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care.
• Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Sc. Nursing or GNM qualification.
• Valid Nursing Registration Certificate.
• Prometric Examination Passed (Mandatory).
• Valid BLS Certification (Mandatory).
• ACLS Certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience for B.Sc. Nursing candidates.
• Minimum 10 years of nursing experience for GNM candidates.

Salary & Benefits

• Earn up to ₹1.69 Lakhs per Month*
• Employer-provided shared accommodation or housing allowance (as per hospital policy).
• 30 days of paid annual leave every year.
• Return air ticket upon completion of 2 years of service.
• Duty Hours: 48 hours per week.
