Role Description The Store In-Charge will manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, inspecting, and issuing materials, components, and finished goods. This full-time, on-site role in Anekal involves maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing storage areas, and ensuring proper documentation for inward and outward movement of stock. The role includes coordinating with production, purchase, and dispatch teams to meet material requirements and support smooth workflow. The Store In-Charge will also monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock audits, and implement basic storekeeping controls to minimize discrepancies and material loss. Additional responsibilities include maintaining housekeeping standards in the store, following safety procedures, and assisting in continuous improvement of store processes.
Qualifications

• Strong storekeeping and inventory management skills, including stock tracking, documentation, and record maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams and manage material flow efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or inventory software for data entry and reporting.
• Attention to detail, numeracy skills, and ability to perform regular stock checks and reconciliations.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or engineering stores is preferred.
• Minimum educational qualification: diploma or graduate in a relevant field (such as logistics, commerce, or engineering) is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Anekal on a full-time basis and manage physical tasks related to material handling.
